Moments – Terms of Use (EULA)

Welcome to Moments. By downloading, accessing, or using the Moments mobile application ("App"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree with these Terms, you may not use the App.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account or using Moments, you agree to follow these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations. You are responsible for any activity that occurs under your account.
2. User Conduct
Moments is intended to be a safe and positive environment for users. By using the App, you agree not to post, upload, share, or distribute content that:
- Is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or hateful
- Promotes violence, discrimination, or harassment against individuals or groups
- Contains sexually explicit, pornographic, or otherwise inappropriate material
- Infringes on intellectual property rights or privacy rights
- Contains spam, scams, or misleading information
- Encourages dangerous or unlawful behavior
3. Zero Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Moments maintains zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive behavior.
Any user who posts or engages in the following may have their content removed and account suspended or permanently terminated:
- Harassment or bullying
- Hate speech or discriminatory content
- Explicit or inappropriate content
- Threats or abusive behavior toward other users
- Repeated violations of community guidelines
Moments reserves the right to review, remove, or moderate content at its sole discretion to maintain a safe environment.
4. User Reporting and Moderation
Users can report content or accounts that violate these Terms. Reported content will be reviewed by the Moments moderation team.
If a violation is confirmed, Moments may:
- Remove the offending content
- Issue warnings
- Temporarily suspend the account
- Permanently ban the account
5. User Content Responsibility
You are solely responsible for any content you upload, post, or share through the App. Moments does not guarantee the accuracy, safety, or reliability of user-generated content.
6. Account Termination
Moments reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms or is deemed harmful to the community.
7. Limitation of Liability
Moments is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Moments shall not be liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the App.
8. Changes to Terms
Moments may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
